Recommendedthe wait times have become absolutely ridiculous. my daughter is always early for her appointments and several ppl come in after her and get taken back before her, every visit. here with her now and she's been waiting almost an hour and multiple ppl have came in after and are getting delt with. this place use to be better...very disappointed specially when there wasn't many ppl here when we arrived. her last appointment she was here for almost 2 hrs and over half of it was waiting in the lobby.

Definitely not the same environment as when Dr. Jamie was here. It feels like your child is just a number. We absolutely loved this place before. Staff has basically no interaction with the patients. They don’t know my daughter when she walks through the door. One would think after a year plus staff would know her name.
My twins had their braces put on 5 months ago. To date, they have had 8 brackets break off between the two of them!!! When I call to get the brackets fix, the “first available appointment” is always more than a week away. The brackets that keep breaking are the ones that the rubber bands are on, so without those brackets the teeth aren’t being moved properly. I’ve had to call a regional manager several times because of poor customer service and so many broken brackets. I would NOT recommend them and if I could go somewhere ... read more
Missed a couple of payments and they refused to see him until I paid 3 payments only to be told they turned it over to a collection agency and would see him anymore, not even to fix broken wire or take them off. Told to make agreement of payments with collection agency and they would see him, anyone knows collection agencies buy debts and they had never heard of the account! Then to find out they had overbilled Health choice.
