make sure your not LATE at all.. we was 11 min late due to a blow out tire and the cutoff is 10 min so i was one min late and they refused to see her even though we have waited on Them in the waiting room numerous times because there running late, but that's okay! So make sure you aren't running late because now my daughter has to wait till November to come back and even has wires sticking out on her gums..And I thought your suppose to stay on schedule for treatment so pushing her out 2 more months is Crazy!!!
If you are more than 7 minutes late you are told they will work you in but in actuality you are sitting in the waiting room waiting for someone else to cancel. This is not very well communicated as we drive an hour and were 13 minutes late today due to lane closures on I-44. This is very inconvenient to working parents and kids in school.
Rescheduled appointments within minutes of being made so they counted the appointment as a missed appointment . In the waiting room and they were so busy with other people to check you in then tell you you are to late for your appointment when actually arrived 10 min early. So on and so on
The new doctor is more concerned with demeaning the staff than talking to the patient and parents. Not impressed with him at all! Staff seems very uncoordinated with the new changes...
I've had trouble with getting call backs as well. Our last appointment the doctor acted like he didn't have time to talk to me, was rushing and not listening to what I had to say and was obviously trying to get out of the room as fast as he could. What a surprise that I have paid all this money for a phase 1 that may have not been completely needed so many mixed should of and shouldn't have and phase 2........ No one said phase 2 would cost me another 3 grand.
Nobody seems to be able to ever call anybody back. Especially if you ask for the Dr or office manager. I hope anyone who goes here never plans on moving. We are now trapped into having to drive down 2.5 hours for every appointment. They are unwilling to let us transfer this up to someone in the KC area. I made the mistake of being proactive and paying several months in advance because of using my HSA. I have to have my daughter's braces removed because I can't afford them right now was told I would have to pay over 400 first now if I had the money I would just leave them on now they are cutting my daughter's mouth all up which I look at as medical neglect on their part just horrible and unprofessional
