Alyssa was an awesome travel agent and a huge help throughout our entire honeymoon process! She navigated and kept us up to date with all of the COVID regulations and worked with us to make our dream honeymoon a possibility. We had tried other travel agents prior to Alyssa and she is by far the most thorough and professional that we worked with. We highly recommend her and will definitely be using her again in the future!

I could not recommend Alyssa enough! I messaged her with a little different request than what she normally gets and she was still able to plan everything. She found the most wonderful things to do in Key West and it made our honeymoon so much less stressful by having a plan set in place. My only regret is I didn’t find her sooner and she wasn’t able to plan from scratch! I can guarantee our next trip, I will be going to her first. Alyssa planned our honeymoon trip down to Playa Mujeres in Mexico during COVID. She was extremely helpful with staying up to date on what we needed to do related to the virus. This was the first time my fiancé and I were traveling outside the country without any parents so we were nervous but she answered every question for us and made everything so simple for us! HUGE thank you to our amazing travel advisor, Alyssa Costenbader! She is an absolute miracle worker. From arranging ALL of our excursions and our helicopter ride from the airport to our resort to rearranging everything when our flight was delayed. I don’t think I could ever plan our vacations alone again, she spoiled us by handling everything. We had the best honeymoon in Hawaii thanks to Alyssa! She planned an unforgettable trip for us and also had great recommendations. Everything went smoothly from flights to dinner reservations that were all booked by her. It was so easy to relax and enjoy our time knowing it was meticulously planned and everything was taken care of!
