While the entire experience was a bit disappointing due to a lack of communication. The product is fantastic and installation was fast & efficient. Throughout the installation process there was very little communication (after multiple attempts to contact the central office) as to when the job would be finished after being rained out on day 2. Yes I have already when people have asked. My daughter and her husband ordered 10 windows after we ordered ours and we're also very impressed. We both love the appearance of the windows and hope to see improvement of warmth this winter too.
