WD was great price wise, it did take quite a while for install, but everything has been back ordered for home projects. We had an impending due date and our rep had us on the cancellation list to try and get the windows done before our daughters arrival...she was great!
Our salesman, Matt, was great. There really was no pressure to purchase after he explained the windows. We were debating on how many to buy initially and he recommended the lower number and explained the price was good for 2 years. The installation was great!
We received excellent service/coordination with Universal Windows Direct, from the initial sales presentation to the installation of our patio doors. They had installed several windows in our house about a year before our patio door installation, so we knew their product and reputation, and we were happy to go back to them.
The crew was was prompt, very polite and professional. Great job cleaning up as well
