I’m happy with the price, but the installation leaves something to be desired

The windows look great. The issue is that we were not quoted on three small top windows in our living room. The bottom three were replaced but not the top three. Sales rep told us that he would count those as three windows and not six yet we got blamed for not checking over the contract or double checking when they came out to do the second measuring. If those windows had been installed- we would have overlooked the other small issues and given Universal a 5 star rating.
