They were very quick and efficient in removing the old windows and installing the new ones which were a totally different style. Their measurements were right on and 4 large sliders with 2 half rounds were installed by 2:00PM and they removed the old windows with any mess that had been made. Very pleased.

I was overall pleased. However the one thing that keeps me from making recommendations is that we were told 1 day install and planned accordingly. The installer were not done and it took 2 days, with us needing to take more time off of work unexpectedly. I indicated this on my survey and never even got a call or apology. My time is as valuable as theirs.

While I like the windows they are not well fit and some of ours our actually loose fitting and have started to leak. They are not properly sealed around the exterior between the home and the window.
