We decided on purchasing these windows because we were sold on the superior quality and excellent customer service. When the pivot pins snapped in half, I started questioning the quality. Then when the rep insulted my intelligence by telling me i should start by watching a video of how to reinstall the sash and if that didn’t work I should call back, it left a bad taste in my mouth for the customer service. They were very quick and efficient in removing the old windows and installing the new ones which were a totally different style. Their measurements were right on and 4 large sliders with 2 half rounds were installed by 2:00PM and they removed the old windows with any mess that had been made. Very pleased.
