Beside the excellent medical care I received today, the reception staff and the doctor were so very thoughtful and kind. That was very much appreciated. The doctor took her time and did a very thorough review of my injury, explaining everything to me. If needed, I would feel very confident going there again.
Helpful and friendly staff is just the beginning of a long list of reasons I am giving top marks to this facility. These folks were knowledgeable, efficient, and expedient throughout the entire process. After signing in, I was taken to a room almost immediately (YMMV possibly). The physician that saw me took her time to actually listen to my issue and did not act rushed at all. As we discussed treatment options, I genuinely felt involved and that our communication went both ways.
I badly cut my toe on the side of the dog crate early this morning. I was able to book an early appointment at Chagrin Highlands Urgent Care before it opened in the morning. Check in was quick on site. The nurses were attentive and kind. The Doctor soon came in and was very helpful and kind, explaining everything and listening. She stitched my cut, patched me up, and sent me on my way with some care supplies and instructions. Great experience. I made an appointment online and was seen within an hour of calling. Waited 1 minute in the lobbby and was on my way home forty-five minutes later after a consultation with the doctor, chest X-rays and picking up my prescription at the in-house pharmacy. I can’t ask for better than that!
Went to this urgent care twice this past week and the women working the front desk was so kind! Literally a ray of positive energy. The doctors were great and the wait was definitely way less than an ER wait. Doctors took their time listening to my concerns and sent in all my prescriptions immediately!
