I had the most awesome experience! From patient check in to having vitals taken, discussing my issue with the Dr., who ordered an Xray, (which did not take long). I was soon out the door with a prescription and follow-up instructions. I would recommend UH Urgent Care, Beachwood to anyone!

I waited awhile after my scheduled time but the time spent with the NP was worth the wait. She listened to my description of illness and accepted my concerns without any judgements or excuses. We discussed options and eased my concerns. I appreciated her straightforward evaluation

I arrived and was seen on time. Yosef was so patient and concerned about my comfort and safety since I’m on a cane and I’m 93!!! He explained each contact, decided on an X-ray and explained all his findings. Suggested I contact my Primary Dr on My Chart and was very kind!! The front desk and each technician were all efficient and pleasant. I’ll definitely recommend this Clinic
