I was able to secure a time the night before and to complete the registration online. I didn’t have to sit at urgent care waiting to be accommodated. Very positive experience. The physician was excellent.

Aside from what appeared to be a long wait personally bc of my pain level the staff, nurse and physician was excellent. Very kind and patience . The floor care is not clean and the entire room and baseboards could use some TLC considering it was first thing this morning so please hire some night cleaning staff at your facility so patient can enter a clean room. Also this was the first time ever receiving a shot in my buttock that was not so bad so special thank you Francesca thank you.
