Aside from what appeared to be a long wait personally bc of my pain level the staff, nurse and physician was excellent. Very kind and patience . The floor care is not clean and the entire room and baseboards could use some TLC considering it was first thing this morning so please hire some night cleaning staff at your facility so patient can enter a clean room. Also this was the first time ever receiving a shot in my buttock that was not so bad so special thank you Francesca thank you.Â

My complaint was taken care of with urgency, The front desk registered was supper, the nurse and doctors was awesome thank to Dr. Spaner and his team for the assessment and getting me the medication for my symptoms đź‘Ť.Â

My appointment was on 8-2-25 @ 8:12 am, l was out by 9am, The staff was very nice and professional. The doctor had a very good bed side manner, explained things so you could . Keep up the great job.Â

NP, Bill Spanner, his student, Lorenzo and his MA ( I can’t remember her name) were thorough , kind and compassionate! I felt so crummy and although they couldn’t pinpoint my problem, they suggested what might be going on and sent me to Ahuja ER for more testing. They were great!Â
