The Dr was fine. He was polite took time with me. The staff were not personal at ALL. There actions indicate that they did not want to be there at all. I had to give urine and side advice me to go to room 4. I go to 4 and I had to cut the light on

Everyone was GREAT from check-in to check-out. However, the doctor who saw us was NOT. She was friendly and all but didn’t bother to check the correct labs or meds or history for the patient. Especially since all that was related to the immediate issue. I understand that urgent care isn’t going to be same as regular doctor visit but at least look at the important things. I’d say this doctor, she practices unsafe medicine. I highly recommend the facility but not the doctor darejeh.
