Everyone was so friendly and efficient, from the women at the front desk, to check in and vitals to the actual consultation. I've been to other UC locations where they make you feel worse than you did walking in, not here. I was in and out much faster than I expected but not rushed. The Dr or NP (I'm not sure what his title is) was so kind and informative. He listened to me, let me ask questions and actually answered them. I was able to make an appointment online and got in right away. My whole experience was positive. The receptionist was efficient and pleasant. The technician who took my vitals and noted all my information was thorough and patient. My wait for the physician was not long. Once with my caretaker, she took her time and really listened to me. We talked a lot about an action plan to help me. I am very satisfied with my experience and recommend this clinic.

The front desk attendant was very polite and concerning. The physician assistant and x ray tec were also Very polite and thoughtful . The place including the bathroom was nice and clean. They gave out snacks and water ( good because I was thirsty). I recommend this facility.

I had no ideal this urgent care was in my area. The staff from the front desk, to the back( Whole staff) were very helpful, friendly, people person's, polite 😀 and professional. The facility was pleasant , modern,, and clean which is a plus; some other facilities I have gone were not. The doctor I saw was concerned 😟 she really listen to me about my health, she made me feel very comfortable, she did no rush me out of the room, she made sure I understood what she was saying to me, I appreciate doctor's like her... read more

I scheduled my appointment for the same day and was able to be seen right away. Upon checking in, I explained to the front office staff member, that I was feeling lightheaded. She was very pleasant and asked if I needed a wheelchair. She went above and beyond to help me. The clinical team, including M. Bell, took excellent care of me. She was sweet, patient, and understanding of my pain. I walked in feeling awful but walked out with a smile on my face. It was one of the best experiences I've had.
