Scheduled online appt. At 8:20AM. Arrived 5 minutes early. Checked in, was taken back to triage room within 5-10 minutes. Then after vitals check, I was taken to room two and sat there for 45 minutes. The provider was nice but seemed a little unsure of himself.
I was in and out so fast and the Doctor was thorough and made me feel relieved that I was going to be ok.

One word-Excellent! Everyone was friendly and kept me informed throughout the entire visit! I just found out this office had been there for 3 years, you could have fooled me as the entire facility (at least what I was able to see) looks like it just opened. I would without hesitation recommend this office

Dr.Caleb Grimes was so helpful. Did not have to go to a pharmacy to fill my prescription. They filled it right there. GREAT

2 hour wait even with an appointment. After an hour I asked if they knew how much longer and she said she had no idea. The physician assistant was in and out in 5 minutes. A better bedside manner would go a long way in smoothing things over. They either overbook or are understaffed or both..

Arrived on time for 12:52pm appointment. Was told it wasn’t “really” an appointment, but more of a placeholder. Wasn’t seen until 2:35pm. Lobby full of coughing and sick people. No air disinfection equipment visible anywhere. I asked if I could wait in my car and receptionist told me I wouldn’t hear my name called, although I specified I was parked immediately in front of the front door. She was of no help whatsoever. Waited in room #1 for close to 40 minutes before being seen for 5 minutes and prescribed an antibiotic. Exce... read more

You don’t do anything but refer to the ER. It’s a money grab. Two visits and both times sent to ER when it was a simple matter urgent care should be able to resolve. Next time going somewhere else.
