I booked an appointment on line. No wait when I arrived. Each team member listened to my concerns. They were very thorough, professional, yet friendly, & knowledgeable. After a few tests & exam, they put together a care plan for me. I requested to purchase my prescriptions there, due to the time of day, & no wait at the pharmacy. I had so much earwax in my right ear that I couldn't hear and had headache pressure from it as well. The PA. there simply sprayed a solution into my ear canal, and it all came out in only about 10-15 seconds, it was great and I immediately felt better. I was very thankful for the relief of pressure, pain, and to be able to hear again.
