It was a great experience especially for an urgent care. I was able to make an appointment and was seen pretty close to the appointment time. The physician's assistant who saw me was knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged. Tge entire staff was pleasant and the location looks very clean.

The staff is very friendly and nice. I wished that Diane had addressed my concerns and questions better with my visit on 9/15. On 9/19 I went UH Mentor and spoke to Kenneth and he was very concerned and determined find out what’s going with me after viewing my tests results in mychart. Kenneth gave me a different prescription and ordered more test and promised me that he would call me tomorrow.
