The Nurse Practitioner was excellent, but the receptionist was definitely lacking. I told them that the text message that was sent told me that I would receive another text message when they were ready for me and so I waited in my car. This didn’t happen and when I told them about it, they didn’t care and they didn’t try to resolve the issue. They were unfriendly.

The intake nurse at triage was very thorough, friendly and actually listened to why I was there. The PA that treated me was kind. She also explained why I was being referred to the emergency department and wished me well upon completion of her assessment. She was also thorough and showed a great level of empathy.

From the time my daughter and I came into your SOM Center location, it was noticeably clean and Kathy greeted us with an empathetic smile. My daughter, while used to Dr visits, she was a little nervous this time. She instantly felt better because of Kathy’s calm and caring demeanor. This is just the front desk! Clean beautiful facility. Very welcomed when I walked in the door. I made an appointment which was a great option. I was taken very quickly and met with the attending doctor. She was very helpful and had reviewed my file prior to meeting with me. All of my healthcare providers our with University Hospital so I felt comfortable in working with them. I would definitely recommend them and I would go back. They are minutes from my home. Also a great alternative to going to the ER.

I had a very fair experience with with you it was taken in soon after I got there. but the way a little longer for the doctor to get into my room. I told him but my symptoms were and did not look at me but he just told me why but it was and gave me some antibiotic which that part I did not particularly like.. He could’ve looked at me I did have some pain symptoms but instead he just figured it was UTI build a prescription and that was it . He told me to go to my primary doctor which it’s not easy to do.
