This location in Mayfield Hts is great. Very clean and a very friendly and efficient staff. The PA, Caleb, that saw me was great and took his time with me and explained everything very well. Loved being able to get my prescription right there and not have to go to my pharmacy (and it was inexpensive, which I appreciated). I would highly recommend this location! The only suggestion that I would have is to add hooks on the back of doors in the rooms so that patients can hang their jackets, purses, etc.

Super clean. Very nice staff. We were taken care of pretty quickly. And they have an x-ray machine which is why we went there in the first place.

Everyone I came in contact with did a great job. The lady that checked me in was phenomenal the nurse very caring. The doctor seemed pretty thorough. The only thing I would’ve wished was some pain meds, other than the instructions for ibuprofen and acetaminophen because I only slept about two hours that night. It hurt that bad.
I was seen right away. That doesn’t happen too often at these places. Greeted warmly by the front desk receptionist. The PA was kind and efficient.

The er waiting room was clean and staff was available if you needed. The doctors and nurses although very busy were great. Very clean. I really appreciate that. It was nice to see my test results on my chart even before anyone came in to give me results. Good experience. Much improved from past
