I walked in the facility. It’s beautiful clean! The doctor was very attentive. She explained everything in detail. The entire thing took about an hour, and I left with medication and took it when I got to the car! I will definitely send patients there! Thank you!!!!

It wasn’t crowded! The staff were friendly and courteous! The facility was clean and comfortable! The doctor was extremely polite and friendly! Including me in deciding what she would used!

I had a great experience at the University Hospital Urgent Care facility in Cleveland Hts. The wait time was minimal and all of the staff were very helpful and personable. Dr. Darejeh addressed all of my concerns and treated the issue. I was also able to have my prescription filled at the facility which was so convenient.

This Urgent Care team has been my go to for my family. Jesse remembered me and my son from a prior visit . She asked how he was doing. Eliza the APRN-CNP remembered me from a prior visit. She broke everything down to me and I was appreciative. She prescribed the meds I needed to start feeling better. They are a friendly fun team and I think they work well together.
