Each time they do a complete check of my vehicle and what I like most is the fact they do not try to sell services that you do not need. Just for an Oil Change, I got a complete look over of all my car vitals. Even though I just wanted an oil change, I also received a complete look over for my vehicle and the estimated costs for those suggested improvements. I felt like they knew my car and what was necessary to keep it in proper condition. University tire does not skip on anything. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the service and the work. I was greeted when I came into the store. My vehicle was talken back within 15 minutes. I was told it needed a front end alignment before it was done. They finished the alignment in about 15 minutes, took it on a test run and I was ready to leave. All personnel were very friendly and professional. Thank you for great service.
