Employees are always pleasant and thorough. They always discuss any charges or problems before making repairs.
The service was great, the price was fair. The only criticism I have is the long wait. They need to give better estimates on the time a customer's vehicle will be ready.
Stay was kind, courteous, conscious of my time constraints and did not try to oversell on needless repairs, which was a welcome experience!

Also (very important) - since I was going to wait for my car to be serviced (rather than droping it off), I called ahead to get a time estimate on how long I would have to wait. Rather than blowing smoke (Oh, not very long) the SA gave me a time estimate that turned out to be very accurate.
Fast service While I waited, unfortunately I had to buy a new tire but they had a match in stock and got me on the road quickly.
Quick, excellent service We arrived from Indiana with a 'donut' on the right-front tire of our Santa Fe with just over 10,000 miles on it (tire went flat about 50 miles from Charlottesville). Excellent Service Excellent customer service at University Tire & Auto. The best experience Ive had in a long time dealing with various shops. Thanks to Scott the manager and his employee who waited until I got back with my second trailer tire at closing time and on a Friday. I really appreciate the help they provided.The prices were very fare and the customer service went beyond expected.
I was a passing through.... I was passing through on a road trip and I was having tire problems. I was given friendly, courteous and fast service. I was sent on my way a very pleased customer! I pulled off the interstate, I passed by several other tire shops, because I had heard such good things. I'm glad I did, as it was only about two miles farther out.
