BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!! Best place in charlottesville to have car serviced and buy tires. Onnie and Bill are the greatest. Friendly, fast and courteous. I have been a loyale customer for years. Highly recommend University and Tire to everyone.

We just had 4 Michelin tires installed and alignment and saved $ 100.00. I had know idea about the coupons and rebates when we arrived but Mark who was working the front counter informed me of the savings. I took my Youkon and had two tires changed,Frony in work and oil cahnged. It was done right on time and the work was wounderful!! The customer srevice was great!
Maybe tires... I actually came in a tune up and they greeted me right away...good thing. But the wait was relatively long thereafter. And it was just me. The front attendant kept me engaged in conversation in the meantime.
Terrible work, 3 times in a row. Do NOT go there. I have been a long time customer. NO more. 1st time, did not rotate spare tire as requested. Excuse was the spare did not look as good as the rest of the wheels. So they also did not check air pressure in spare. 2. Terrible business they will over charge you. Took vehicle in for inspection, had purchased tires there in pass. Wanted tires rotated and inspection. Called to let me know I need oil change, battery and etc. so I got the oil change and they charged me labor $48.00 dollars to change the oil and shop fees of $24.00. A oil change is always a set price not labor fee. My oil change cost me about $220.00. Awful I suggest everyone shop...
I was a customer at University Tire, but they tried to rip me off. I will not be going back there, or recommending University Tire to anyone else.
