Came in for a flat repair. Could see the nail head. Was told it was unrepairable, and subsequently told I needed to replace 4 tires and rear brakes. I told the salesman the car was just inspected 3 weeks ago, and bought 1 New tire against my better instincts, and will never spend another Penny in your store. Time to quit stealing from people.
Ok for oil You pay 30.65 for a oil change they use to fill your windshield fluids ,and other fluids up for 19.99 now it's nothing ask them to check the air I'm my tires because my light is on but guess not have been using them for the last 4 years guess being a long time customer Means nothing to them
I had called about scheduling an oil change, and was told it was not necessary. I showed up by 7:30, but did not leave until 8:45.
I left my car there for a state inspection at 3 on a Friday afternoon. they said 3 people were ahead of me, I got a call a few hours later asking if could bring it back the next day because they weren't going to get to it. I was not happy, things happen but I hoped to get that inspection done. Usually university tire is amazing but this time they were sub par.
I was been there for the sound in my car's rear wheel and AC. They performed some AC test in which you just made sure that the pressure is proper. Later you identified that my rear tires need to be replaced and gave me quote of changing tire, rotors, shoe pads, alignment, and balancing..!!! I confirmed with another auto dealer who said everything is fine except tires and saved my ~$1400...
The wait was lengthy, I was not thanked for my purchase. I was not thanked for waiting, No rewards are offered for loyal customers.
$320 rip off for a battery terminal two cable ends? University Tire and Auto Center tried to charge my daughter $320 to fix one battery terminal. They used the old cables & old battery and replaced just the cable ends on the new terminal. They said the job "required" THREE hours labor. Unbelievable. AFTER I questioned the the rip off, they agreed to reduce the cost to two hours labor and the "cost" lowered to ~$250. How can you trust folks like...
Never again
They WILL take advantage of you! CAUTION. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. They failed my van for state inspection due to a "power steering leak." When asked to show us the leak, they were unable to. And STILL would not pass it. We had to get the Virginia State Police to come and ORDER them to pass the vehicle. Unbelievable. Thanks to the VSP for their time and assistance!
