My expereience as always was pleasant. The service men checked my vehicle and took care of the problem.
I really appreciated that my state inspection was finished much earlier than the time anticipated. But, the online reservation system needs work. Twice now, I've had to call to confirm, since there was no confirmation email that my appointment request was accepted. Also, state inspections should not be an option on the reservation system if you're only allowed to perform them on a "first-come,...
