University Tire & Auto Crozet is my go to auto service center, for good reason. Vic and David and the whole team there are very experienced, knowledgeable, and reasonable advisers and mechanics. Super friendly and customer service oriented.

University Tire was able to diagnose and fix the unbalanced tire issue the same day I brought the vehicle in. Since I was from out of town, I appreciated that they were able to fix the problem the same day. The cost was very reasonable. However, they did not text or call me when they were finished working on my vehicle. The service desk man claimed he tried to call me. My cell never received a call. I brought my vehicle in at 7 am. I called them around 3 pm in the afternoon to find out they completed the work.
Honest and professional people providing quality service at reasonable prices. I will definitely continue using
