Great as always
Service typically good, half the time when I go they add on an extra charge for something I didn't ask for like full service oil change for example. They fix the price always. The online appt. form has not ever worked once as they never respond to it.

One of few experiences with auto shops where I didn't feel I was being taken advantage of. Everyone was friendly, informative and straightforward. I will definitely recommend as well as return to University tire.
Took my Tacoma in for a state inspection, tire rotation and oil change. I did not have to make an appointment and decided to get a ride home by way of their shuttle. The truck service was completed in a few hours and they came and picked me up. The work was performed as requested and to my full satisfaction. Have used University Tire for many years and highly recommend them. Professional service.
I was very pleased with the service. However, I went to your website to sign up for an appointment and nobody called me back. I spoke to someone on the phone that said it wash first come first served basis, so the website needs to be changed.
