Absolutely frustrating. App never loads after signing. Uship better step up their game. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
Nonstop freezing I've restarted my phone 100+ times uninstalled and reinstalled the app 20 times or more. Everything else on my phone works just fine. Every other app I have works perfectly fine. Something about this app. It crashes every 20 secs and if your lucky enough to not have it crash after 20secs it freezes and just says loading and never does. I left it on the loading page today while I cleaned all 5 fish tanks I have and by the time I was done roughly 2 hours the page still didn't load
Log in screen won't load. Deleted app and re downloaded still won't fix it.
Way to slow takes to long keeps kicking me out then have to log back in havent been able to open search in 4 days have to go to website
Admins an idiots, bugs and glitches make app impossible to use...
Keeps making me log in and keeps asking to use location even after granting it all of this to a point of being very annoying. Contacted customer service and only response it you phone needs updated because we aren't having any problems. Umm yes Karen you are, since everyone I've talked to in the past week says the same happens to them.
It's awful. So slow it's unusable. Has been this way for years, just like the website.
Horrible communication. Most of the vendors on this site are pretty flaky they never call back they never return texts very hard to get a hold of kind of a waste of time to deal with these flaky ladies
Comoletely useless, the app only works 10% of the time. Also, i feel bad for the drivers who are getting signed up by their dispatchers for such low prices that it isn't evem worth the time to pick up the item.
