Horrible. The app constantly freezes and dosent load. Causing you to submit multiple quotes or not be able to search. Makes shippers look bad and unprofessional and causes more problems than it's worth. Really hope they fix this app.
App is absolute trash, the list of problems is almost comical, whoever manages it needs to be fired and not allowed to ever touch a computer again. If I could put a -5 star I would.
App is buggy and practically worthless. Website on mobile is also useless.
Entirely too much driver competition. Good luck scoring literally any load that's worth taking. I've been on the platform for a month now with over 20 quotes given out and absolutely no one responds, or authorities with WAYYYY bigger networks and the ability to charge less for the same service swoop in and steal literally every contract. Look elsewhere.
With the new update can't see the map no more!
Worst app ever. Won't let me sign in and kick me out everytime I try. Worst experience ever.
The mobile app is twitchy and slow
The app does what it was designed to do, but not well, The UX is average at best. Improvements that would make the app a 5 star would be: 1. Improve optional bid message (scrolls up automatically, very annoying) 2. Add spell check to feedback option 3. Make shipper upload vet health screen and vaccination records for pets, trying to obtain is challenging. App is VERY bug ridden, often crashes and logs you out
Twice I've bid on loads that have expired and been abandoned. Shippers have no obligation and this can be a problem. Transporters need to have the option to rate a shippers reliability or uShip needs to ban them from the site altogether. Quit wasting our time... this is our livelihood.
