Can't do REQUIRED photos at half of the locations
OK so 25% of our invoice or estimates or quotations is a bit excessive for the amount that you guys should be taking excessive undercutting is happening as well and the app keeps crashing and doesn't have an option to remember your log in information and every so often when you're in the middle of doing a quotation you just get kicked out of the app It is extremely frustrating I like the concept of the app but I really really wish there was a monthly service fee instead I'd like 25 or $30

Will not accept the right address.. kind of a key thing for shipping. Auto corrects the street name to a different road. Useless.
Difficult I keep posting ads but I end up going with another provider almost everytime we ship
us shippers have alot of verification steps to do, the people who makes the listing should atleast have verified phone numbers for both the sender and receiver. I actually booked a load that had a fake number and email. I would suggest that listers MUST receive text notifications when they receive quotes/questions. Some listing are up for 7+ days and the person never replies to the questions or quotes. Uship is too big to have an app that runs like windows vista.
I signed up and tried to get a shipping setup. Then, after I'd put my deposit down, and the ltl provider talked with me, the provider was told to cancel because I was a fraud. Luckily, he told me that uShip said I was a fraud, otherwise I wouldn't have known. uShip won't tell me whyHopefully I get my deposit back. If not, then uShip is the fraud.
I had a death in the family was unable to complete some loads they suspended my account and won't reactivate terrible company. No understanding whatsoever also they charge you 20% of the load for them
App has always had issues, but now I can't even get passed the login screen. Can you guys fix this? So frustrating.
