All around disappointment. Transport company cheesed out on bid job. Can't just repost. Have to wait to refund to utilize the $ Uship holds instead of just simply reposting and managing the cost difference afterwards. Zero phone support offered on app. Had to go online and get their phone number from an unrelated source. Bad MOJO not offering a number. Then, told team working refunds absolutely doesn't have a phone number. Find it hard to believe an office has nor a single phone line!

I nevered used this company Uship and in 2018 I finally retired and decided that I could make some money hauling with my pickup...when I signed up they said that I owed money and didn't pickup some loads..this is nonsense..they need to call the people signing up so that this doesn't happen again.

I tried to ship some items x3 times. Every time I hired someone they ended up being a fraud. What do I mean a fraud? Uship states that ALL their carriers have a Class A CDL and commercial insurance. This insures a professional. All three carriers I hired did NOT have a commercial license or commercial insurance. PLEASE check your carriers before accepting them! I bet 90% of these guys don't have either. I fired all carriers, got my money back and hired a local.

The subscription free load board is accurate however the fees applied to both the shipper and the customer are extremely excessive! Additionally, the fees fluctuate in percentage so there's no Dependable way to anticipate what the fees will be when bidding. Both the customer and the shipper assume they are the only ones paying fees but that's not the case. There's really nothing useful on this thing that's free. Communication is through a bot and so you can't reach a real person easily.

Pointless to spend my time to calculate costs, set aside time to transport xyz item, and bid when there is ZERO OBLIGATION on shippers side to follow through with transport. So "winning a bid to transport" absolutely means nothing. I know zero auctions that carry zero obligations. Enough items have been shipped its not outrageous for Uship to give a high and low figure...... if the shipper doesn't have an understanding of both.... don't bother listing it.
