The new app is terrible
unresponsive. have uninstalled 3 times and reinstalled with same result. go back to the previous version.
Customers try to low ball you to complete their shipments, some of them don't even realize the payment isn't even enough to cover gas.
App is very slow and freezes all the time. Much faster and easier to use website
App just buffers without ever opening up your quotes or Watch List. Uninstalling because its unusable.
New app only works sometimes. I have to constantly reboot the app and the app doesn't connect all the time. Blue dot flashes endlessly at times and can be really annoying.
New app does not work half the time. It will not load on to the screen or it isn't actually updating if a shipment has been marked dispatched or picked up or delivered!! Also it will not let me place additional note or comments on the quotes!! The old app didn't have these issues!! This makes if very difficult for people needing to follow up with potential customers and missing opportunities!! uShip Site and APP need fixed ASAP especially for the amount in fees that is taken for the use of them!
hardly works. it's like watching the buffering screen on your crappy internet provider
New app does not work now. she old version was more user friendly and worked great. Why the change? now u can't even book anything. such a shame.......... update as of 4/14 Once again another update and nothing but problems. It would be nice to be able to use a stable app but the programmers and or developers can't seem to get it right.
