Uship use to be the best app Now its unstable it always logs off never loads shipments. It's bad altogether and this happened when they did the new facelift and redesign.
this app is absolutely horrendous compared to the previous interface I literally get logged out every time I close the app every single time I don't get notifications whatsoever I have to rely on my email this app is not elderly friendly either which are most of the clients that I have come across because all the bugs or whatever there has been zero improvement over the last two months and I really need this app and it is just not working
Having multiple issues with items not being saved and error messages popping up when I try to save it. They are saying, "Sorry, something went wrong. We are looking into it". It's been two weeks now and nothing has changed. I really don't like all the updates they just did. Things were fine before. I wish they had just left it alone.
The old app was great. Now it's trash. when searching for loads, hardly anything populates. Worst update in app history.
Doesn't save or even show my edits.
The app freezes when searching for a load, since the new update. Can't search for loads, can't make money.

Used be affordable and fair now it's cheaper to drive there and back and bring the family for a vacation. Everytime you list an auction the estimator give you a complete lie and false hope then your bids roll in 3x times higher. I had drivers tell me the estimator isn't at all accurate. I'm looking for a different company currently.
