The app needs a lot of work.
nothing works properly in this app and is constantly crashing...there is an old ssying, " if it's not broken, don't fix it"! App worked great about 2 years ago then they stsrted messing sround with it. Problems all the time now. At this very moment app is totally useless crashes as soon as you try to do anything. i unistalled it several time. i have put more ticket complants in with teh support over the past two years and just seems like they are making it worse. Thumbs down to this app.

constant error message . basically is useless
You continue to charge more in fees and provide an inferior product. crashes, stops responding, harder to navigate. Seriously, who does that?
new app is problematic have to delete and redownload about 10x a week plus they went up on their fees 3% more about done with them
i am a carrier and i use this to make my living. new version was great at first but then started crashing. tried to uninstall/reinstall but i cant even download from play store at this point. definitely losing money at this point. google pixel 2
garbage won't work
if I could give it no stars, that's what I would give the update. Maybe it works better on a I phone but on my s9 it is garbage. Customers have been unhappy with communication issues. 0 stars.
