the new app does not work on my Motorola. i constantly have to uninstall it and reinstall it. it has be come a major hassle. i wish they would go back to the original format or work the bugs out.
The app will not load. I had to go to the website.
the new app is a pos. trying to run a transport co and carriers can't use the new version of u ship with out having to uninstall and reinstall the app carriers are going to leave your site and use another site that workes for customers and Transport ers. I'm looking at other options. it use to be a easy now it's a wast of time . management needs to pull there head out and go back to old version of the app at least it worked. good luck staying in business u ship I hope you wake up and fix it.

I have been trying to contact support they emailing me every minute literally hundred and I can't stop NO HELP
For the last 24 hours it keeps seen there is a problem and you guys will get it fixed Can you please get it fixed so people can put bids and and then I will change my Raiding back to a 5 star
app does not function. this is a business that relies on quick access to information and fast communication. it's unbelievable that a company that has been around for a while and charges a substantial fee would fail so badly at establishing a usable application.
new update ruined the site..you have to uninstall and reinstall constantly!!! :(
I can't do my shipments with new app, cant make you guys $$$ if you dont do something soon!!! please help!!
