this app is junk never works always goes to error message really annoying
used before great. tried again,error messages.called, recording says down for scheduled maintenance and disconnectd.and this is an Ebay company ? will find another way. i do not recommend this company or app. update 3 7 19. now shipments wont load. contact support draws a blank
the older app was much more user friendly and straight forward. dont change things if they work just fine!!!!
go back to the old format it worked great used it for a long time with no issues this new format doesn't work it's garbage multiple things wrong with it. also uninstalling it because it keeps freezing up.
i gave it such a low rating because i can do everything from my phone but withdrawal my money?? i need a laptop for that?? thats crazy. update the app so everything can be done from smart phones
App has become unusable. It might be time to roll back to a known good release, prior to Feb 11,2019. This has to be affecting your revenue stream and it is definitely effecting the carriers. In addition there was a fee increase from 17% to 20%. If your going to increase fees atleast have a stable product. Has one of your developers actually climbed into a truck and tried to book a shipment with the new release, not in a lab, but in the real world?
the new app sucks works for about 5minutes then you have to uninstall and reinstall to make it work.

Continues to lock up. Temporary fix is to uninstall and reinstall then works for a few hrs before it has issues again. App is useless until this gets fixed. Customer support is not responsive.
