Full of bugs and almost unusable. App no longer sends notifications as it logs the user out when closed. Repeatedly crashes. Can't paste into text boxes any more. No longer distinguishes between read and unread listings. Very slow to open listings. Major security breach for users as this gives their full address out for collection and delivery. This especially needs fixing before people start having goods or pets stolen!
poor quality at best. they regularly try to update the application with new techie kind of stuff which failed miserably every time. Usually spend the next several weeks uninstalling and reinstalling the application until they get it sorted out. Don't look for top-rate service in regards to issues with the application either. it's the typical reply of I'm not sure what's going on or why that's happening to you.
the update sucks
Update broke everything. Having to use the website now.
App sucks. old app was 100% better. have to log in everytime. takes forever to load hard to navigate. if it wasn't broke it didn't need fixed
The uShip service is great, but the app needs help. Here a just a few gaps: 1. messaging: the in app messaging is weak and seems to only be initiated by the shipper. the onlu way to contact the shipper is by calling or emailing them. All comminication should be available in app like eBay so you have a record of everything in case there is a claim later. 2. notifications; in app notification management is missing 3. Shipment Tracking. add it like Amazon
New app design is terrible. It did not need fixing. You have made the whole process more difficult. Change it back please!
my shipments stayes frozen and keeps loading nothing works
I downloaded it, booked shipments, worked great! but now I want to book another shipment and it takes me to sign up again! at this point is not working for me.
