The new app is more time consuming to use. Total miles and lowest quote per mile needs to be visible again on search listings page, without having to look at each individual shipment.
PLEASE SWITCH BACK TO OLD APP AND LAYOUT..new update I signs me out..layout is hard to use quickly..
Nothing works after the update, broken app is costing me money wish I had never updated
i keep getting frozen out navigating through the app. i just lost a job over 15 dollars because I can't contact customer through the app. the whole experience has been a failure 😞. setting up searchs, local-everywhere, what is this? what happened to states? setting up a return load is impossible! please fix!
app was working great. so naturally, they had to "fix" that. and they did a great job. now it's practically useless. thank God they tested it first.
The new app design is terrible. The old one was so much easier to navigate. And this one constantly has issues trying to click on something and then crashing. And then I have to sign in again. Ridiculous.

The my shipments tab doesn't show my requests. I get questions from bidders that I cannot answer through the app. Useless...
