App says something wrong, I think they need to shut their operations.
I was super frustrated with this app. I was caught in an infinite loop trying to verify my email. Meanwhile, it still let me plug in all the info for the item I wanted to ship. Repeatedly. Then it would ask to verify my email. Which I just did. And I would have to start all over. I just want a quote. Ialso don't like that I had to give so much personal info. What a waste of time.
This app is painful to list shipments with. If you touch ANYTHING, even by accident, before your shipment is listed, it deletes all the work you've done & you must start the listing process from the start. It should have a way to temporarily save what's been done during the extensive listing process.
UShip is a joke they give these estimates to their client at 50 to $0.60 a mile and then when you get in there and tell him that that is nowhere close to right the clients try to tell you will that's what you ship said well sorry but you ship told you wrong ding ding ding Here's your sign

App crashes trying to enter bids. Have to use online mode which isn't convenient on the road!

Absolute garbage. I used the app to fill my trailers whenever something was available. The support staff are so partial to the "client" (which I thought I was) that they point fingers without investigating. Every single person we hauled for LOVED our service, but according to uship, the client posting content that goes against the user agreement is somehow the transport companies fault.
