U cant communicate with shippers unless they reply first....impedes business.
As a courier having to wait for people to check bids is daft. Plus the amount if time they get. I don't know about others but I can't wait 9 days to see if I have the work. Not making anything on this app

Garbage, cesspit, degenerative regressed filth.
CONSTANTLY having to re-enter bid as it disappears when you hit enter. NEVER notifies me of saved shipment searches ALWAYS double or triple notifies me on competitive bids. ive done everything uship tells me to. i tried re-installing with no luck. even tried signing out before uninstalling with NO LUCK. im constantly losing jobs because it wont notify me.
It is pretty bad when all you can do is sort by distance. You can't pick or sort by the equipment that you have available to use you have to look at 17000 loads going in all different directions. Why would I want to haul furniture or something like animals when I have a step deck. This app is a piece of garbage.
I will never use uship ever! I was a driver on their app. Got my account suspended for standing behind my bid that was underbid by one of their "favorites"(he underbid by $17 and was reportedly 2700 miles away but has shipped successfully on uship 17000+ times). I reported him for making similar comments and they sent an email to all of my confirmed shipments suggesting cancellation as I wasn't going to be able to deliver. Trust and safety team is a joke .. cant ever get a direct answer .. for some reason they keep kicking me off
It took weeks to get a decent bid and when I did the app CONSTANTLY opens on its own on top of other apps every time I open my phone. I assume it's bc I have yet to accept the last bid and the greedy people who ruined this concept designed the app to annoy the hell out of me. I'll never use it again.
