No contact number for help, really...Huge commission wrt service provided ( actually no service). They take your money and just forget about the task the money was for. Fraud service partners are allowed to bid. Uship doesn't even do basic background checks of the bidders. No contact number for help, really a giant ripoff
Had an old version that worked fine. This one didn't provide any text in the drop down boxes. How are you supposed to use an app that you can't read?
Crashes constantly...poor app!
Well the app stinks and they treat service providers like slaves and if they get a name they don't like the trust and safety team keeps flagging you until you get an indefinite suspension. Just don't say anything about the other providers bid or attitude YOU WILL Get Punished for it. Will not talk to you on the phone just send our team an Email and if they choose to respond they may one or two days later Slave Drivers. Continuously says not connected to internet when I'm right next to my router.
Junk. A complete ripoff. 10% commission on the fee you accept for a shipment. 1000 offer to ship a car? uship charges you 100. Ridiculous.
uShip is one of the worst companies. If you have a little hiccup and you are a carrier they delete your account and suspend you indefinitely if there's even a glitch with pick-up or delivery. And their mobile apps are the worst ever I can find loads on a Load Board faster than I can get loads on my mobile device with uShip
I think you are greedy and that your overcharging on commission
