App crashes a lot. commision uship makes of sale is extremely high, charge shipping customer and shipper for one transport. so charging twice to make themselfs rich.
The latest version of the app is EXTREMELY UNSTABLE and crashes all the time now. It's kind of ironic it's described as having bug fixes. Time to call in the exterminator because this thing is so buggy now it's infested. Very disappointed.

Freight LTL didn't even load. Uninstalled. Who's testing this thing?
This app has been a nightmare since they first created it. It seems to only be getting worse too. Has many, many bugs and issues.
Car came 7 days late and damaged. The experience was awful. They promise vehicle tracking, but it was not available for me. Trying to file claims and they are doing everything in their power to procrastinate the process. I feel that they are not with me but against me.
The most search tool I ever usd. You set it to search for furniture it returns cars.
So far I'm not impressed. I've posted the contents of my 1 bedroom apartment, hoping for something cheaper than a uhaul pod but instead of competitive bids I get people telling me that they want exactly the same amount as uhaul if not more. If this isn't affordable and competitive, its not worth the end users time.
