I paid for a covered transport for my car. Not only do they transport it in open-air they went through multiple transport companies. There was considerable damage to my car but since there was multiple transport companies I couldn't specifically identify who damage the car I was left holding the bag and paying for the damage out of pocket. Go with a single transporter instead
Not all nearby loads are shown. In fact there were 18 loads nearby and only one of them showed up on the app. Search filters are limited. For such a large load board app should be 10 times better
App is not very friendly. No where to even get to all the main pages. Maybe it's my device, I'll stick with the website.
There are loads available, however the fees that are taken out of each shipment are way too high. I dont see how they can justify the amount they are taking as their fees. I just delivered a 500.00 shipment and 80.00 of that was their cut. I shipped an item for 50.00 and I paid 27.00 in fees, and they will take 20% from the driver. Fees are crazy high, and they double dip. Ridiculous!!

I had a bad experience with uShip. I shipped my car, which arrived with scratches. I complained to the shipper, the broker (contracted through uShip) and uShip. uShip sent a couple e-mails and resolved nothing. A company is only as good as its supply chain - if nobody will accept responsibility, it's not worth using the service.
