Hey Bryan, I'm not quite sure what you're referring to when you state you "lost your key". Do you need to reset your password? You should be able to reset it directly on the sign-in screen. Shipment deals are made in a matter of hours and most of the time, only in minutes. Your app tries to leave a job up for bids which will take a week or two. When I need a partial to complete a load that's scheduled to arrive the next day, I cannot rely on your system. It's impractical.

Hi Eric, Thanks for your feedback. There are actually shipment listings that can accommodate your requests. Shippers can always set a price and get a fast response or select from pre-defined rates. Auctions are good for those who want to comparison/bidding while those that have a set price may be more what you're looking for.

Ran across this app in a Google search trying to find someone to ship a piece of heirloom furniture from Colorado to Washington. Took precious time to fill out all the requested info and went to install mobile app and all it does is play intro graphics/video. No menu, no way to log in. A complete waste of time and 12 hours later not one quote for shipping. I'll stick with pakmail or ups store.

It sounds like you didn't swipe through the on-boarding screens. Once you swipe, you are given the option to log in or join.
As a service provider it didn't have good filter options (like by state for example, showing me bids in China smh) , it didn't synchronize my current booked jobs or active bids. Please work on the app

Hey Sam, sorry you're having trouble. Filters are for categories and accessed via the “Filter” button on a search result list. To edit locations, tap the search icon (magnifying glass in upper right) and do a search on a specific area. All booked jobs are accessed on the My Shipments screen. More trouble: support@uship.com.
Downloaded app, filled out all required information to register my business then when I clicked on create account I get told that I have no connection even though I have no connection issues with any other app or Internet browser. Tried to email only to get an email back from Microsoft to tell me that my email can't be delivered as the email address doesn't exist even though I clicked on their contact us link from their own website!
