The best....accurate.
Quick and easy!
After receiving several quotes for a shipment, one contractor requested details of origin. When a photo of the origin location was added, uShip declined all existing offers and completely disrupted the process. Worse, there doesn't appear to be a way to reach out to contractors and explain the SNAFU. Customer support is a bot that dead ends if your question isn't common.
Slow and hard to navigate..crashes often.. they should invest some of their incredible profits in a better mobil app.
I am unable to log in, making the app unusable. I already have an account, so when I choose sign in, it opens a new window in the browser. I log in, and then it pops back to the app to a login page. Then back to the browser, then back to the app, and then it says "Something went wrong. We're looking into it."
