My carrier, Richard L***, was excellent. I will use him again. He was prompt, courteous, helpful and came to my rescue late on a Saturday afternoon. I had my furniture, 1000 miles away, by the following Monday noon. I also used the UShip insurance because of the nature of my shipment and I appreciated having that option -- peace of mind. Simple and easy to use service that gives you lots of options
The experience of finding a shipper that could help me was great. He is 5 star. The IT glitch on UShip (which would not allow me to release the payment to my shipper after his service was delivered) was a disappointment. When I called UShip, no one was available to speak to me as it was after 5pm CST. I had to call right at 08:00am the next morning and was on the phone for 20 minutes to get the payment released.
