Overall, I had a good experience with uShip. The first carrier stood up my seller twice. No calls, no texts, no nothing. 'Just didn't show up. When I tried to cancel the transaction, the carrier disputed it with a myriad of excuses (sinusitis, scheduling conflict, COVID, etc.), but uShip granted the cancellation. [Note to carriers: Being stood up with no updates is highly unprofessional, and as someone who tips 20% minimum, it would greatly affect/reduce yours if you ever did finally show up.] The second carrier was wonderfu... read more
