Good when it works, most of the time it logs you out or wont save cities, be nice if they would fix the bugs that log you out all the time, if you push button saying your on the way then you have to go to full site do it again cause cause it did not save it. 8/2021, back on site see they have updated everything, much better, now just need to get used to it.

App sometimes freezes. Company is fine. Best rates come near end of listing so wait until its almost up. 3rd time using uship. So far so good. Drivers have all been professional and nice.
Not able to finish shipment ms on app. I've been having to go to the on line version for shipment as the app has not been allowing me to complete the shipment payment part for done reason.

Keeps freezing up. Too many glitches. Use to be great in 2017
Underwhelming. The app leaves out many of the useful functions that are available on the web interface. Loads of wasted screen space. Clicking the map icon in a listing causes the app to crash/close instantly... every time.
The app messaging can be frustrating, since you can't send a message unless you have received one. The app is awkward, but the system works well unless you start dealing with expensive shipments then Uship want's too big of a cut and is no longer competitive.
