I was extremely happy with my coast to coast experience with UShip. I arranged to have my daughters small apartment contents shipped from ***********, ** to ************* in January 2026. Uship was very responsive. Picked up when they said they were going to and delivered when they said they were going to deliver. Worth noting, *** had several feet of snow at the time of delivery making door-to-door drop off challenging. Both the pick up and delivery went smoothly as planned
Excellent service. My pup arrived healthy and in a clean crate. My only complaint and the reason I have given them four stars is that they brought the pup two days earlier than expected, and that caused us to make significant changes in our plans. Otherwise an excellent company that provides excellent service.
Nice process, all electronic and the driver was very professional. He worked with me on moving the dates with no hassle and let me know when he was close by to the delivery so I was ready.
