Great communication on status of shipment and willing to deliver around 9pm to ensure I didn't have to wait another day. Very professional, courteous and a genuinely nice person while offering the lowest price against over a dozen other shipping companies. 10/10 would use again.
I have used them 4 times in the past 2 years. Each shipment was a huge help and I could never have transported the items myself. One thing I discovered was the cost savings. I am very careful to get a good deal on the items I purchased. So far, I have made out big even considering the costs I paid to the transporter. 5 star recommend!
Its a little scary,and unsettling, to think about finding someone or some company to safely ship items that are of personal importance. USHIP made it easy to find a shipper, choose a shipper (based on reviews), and pay the shipper, once my shipment was received, and I approved payment. My one piece of furniture made it safely from the eastern part of the ** to the west in just about a week. I would use USHIP again if I needed something shipped.
This is my 3rd time using uShip to distribute furniture amongst my family. My experiences are always positive. Reliable service, good communication, fair prices.
