Great concept, saves you the time and hassle of shopping around for shippers as the bids come to you. Overall good experience although the portal could use some improvement, especially explaining all the steps in advace. It was a bit confusing how payment works (you pay in advance and then you release payment to the shipper once delivered).

Truck delivered in the same shape as when it left. Driver couldn't deliver truck to said address because was to narrow unloaded a block away and drove to my address and took him back to his truck
