Both the pick up and delivery went smoothly as planned
Excellent service. My pup arrived healthy and in a clean crate. My only complaint and the reason I have given them four stars is that they brought the pup two days earlier than expected, and that caused us to make significant changes in our plans. Otherwise an excellent company that provides excellent service.
Nice process, all electronic and the driver was very professional. He worked with me on moving the dates with no hassle and let me know when he was close by to the delivery so I was ready.

There are plenty of service providers to choose from, which allows customers to get very competitive prices. The rating system is well designed and easy to read. Great communication on status of shipment and willing to deliver around 9pm to ensure I didn't have to wait another day. Very professional, courteous and a genuinely nice person while offering the lowest price against over a dozen other shipping companies. 10/10 would use again.
I have used them 4 times in the past 2 years. Each shipment was a huge help and I could never have transported the items myself. One thing I discovered was the cost savings. I am very careful to get a good deal on the items I purchased. So far, I have made out big even considering the costs I paid to the transporter. 5 star recommend!
