Since I'm not a first time user, it gets easier and easier. Fill out the form, click get offers, pick one and boom you're vehicle is on it's way. Then, it get's delivered quickly. I recommend them to all my friends.
The pickup and delivery were seamless and easy to use. Driver was great!
These guys have a great business model and they execute it very well. I got bids on what I was shipping, I picked one, I was connected to the trucking outfit and then worked out pick up and delivery with them. They communicated well and were on time on both ends. It really could not have gone better. I've used uShip once before, and that also went well.
I received a few bids but they were similar to **** What I loved about u-ship was that its open bidding. So someone else bid a lot less, had their own insurance, and was more than happy to work with me. I told them what I was looking to pay and they accepted. Everything went smoothly. Great communication with the driver and the very fragile piece went from ** to ** with absolutely no problems. With fees I didnt end up saving all that much, but I liked supporting an independent vendor and he did an excellent job.

The delivery driver was great to work with, especially since we had a winter storm. I didnt expect my shipment to arrive as quickly and the service was great. They helped me get my items safely in my home due to my help being delayed by the winter weather. Great experience and would use again.
I've used uShip twice now in the past 5 years; they come through every time. They are the only place I would recommend to find a quality shipper, just make sure to check the reviews of the shippers before you proceed.
