Shipping an antique bookcase. Cost was very reasonable. Bid process was very efficient. Driver was excellent. He picked up when he said he would and delivered cross country on time. Shipment was in perfect shape. Could not have asked for a better small shipment experience.
Simply put, this was an absolutely perfect experience in every way possible; the pricing was extremely competitive, the pickup occurred during the given time window, the fragile hardtop was strapped securely in the cargo van and the delivery was on the day and time promised! The dispatcher was professional and accommodating and made himself available for questions/updates throughout the process. I had to transport my power wheelchair from ** to **. The transporter communicated with me thru the entire process. My wheelchair was picked up and delivered as promised. I had no issues. It was so simple. The experience was amazing!
