Overall experience was good. The original date and time for pickup was missed which would have been nice to receive a phone call saying we were not going to make it. I had meetings to get to and they never showed up or called. They called a couple days later and said they were coming in which they showed up that date and on time. They hauled a full size pick up from ********** to ************** in 5 days. The service and speed they delivered was much quicker than I thought it would be. Shipped a crate if estate items from ************ to ****************. Uship was very easy to use. I got 15 bids in 2 days. I chose a shipper and they made arrangements for pickup and delivery. The crate arrived undamaged. The only problem was the first three pickup appointments did not show up. The fourth time they came on time. This was not Uship's fault. It was the company I chose to ship it. I would definitely use them again.
