Great job! This was my third time using uShip to help with moving, and it worked out really well. This was the biggest move I've had using the app it was not just a few things within town this time, but a full house move from ************* to *********, **. For this move, I went through a couple different vendors and wanted to cancel two of them for various reasons, before finding just the right guys for me. Excellent and easy to use from start to finish! Booking on line smooth, bidding process was prompt and filled with good choices, locked in my preferred bidder who contacted me immediately. **** ******* was the selected bidder and he followed up on absolutely everything exactly as he promised. Pick up and delivery was as planned and successful. **** went the extra mile to assure satisfaction on both ends! What a great deal U-SHIP is when compared to the shady and expensive "freight shippers" I've used in the past.
Overall experience was good. The original date and time for pickup was missed which would have been nice to receive a phone call saying we were not going to make it. I had meetings to get to and they never showed up or called. They called a couple days later and said they were coming in which they showed up that date and on time. They hauled a full size pick up from ********** to ************** in 5 days. The service and speed they delivered was much quicker than I thought it would be. Shipped a crate if estate items from ************ to ****************. Uship was very easy to use. I got 15 bids in 2 days. I chose a shipper and they made arrangements for pickup and delivery. The crate arrived undamaged. The only problem was the first three pickup appointments did not show up. The fourth time they came on time. This was not Uship's fault. It was the company I chose to ship it. I would definitely use them again.
