First experience with uShip was good. It took a few days to start getting quotes, but we found a highly rated driver offering a fair price among the first two to respond. Using uShip for communication before selecting the carrier introduced only very slight delays compared to something like email (you're notified when the carrier asks a question via email, and you have to log in to uShip to follow-up), but this was a barely noticeable inconvenience. Nice experience and ease of use. The cost was was much less than what other movers were quoting. The app itself was good to use and keep track of the shipment.
Honestly as good as I could have anticipated. Sent out the request got some fair quotes went with on of the lower ones due to his availability. The item was picked up promptly, delivered within the window we needed and in the shape we expected it. I believe we also got a great driver thus the good first experience.
